All S.A.Q. sessions last for 45 minutes and can be used to improve any aspect of your sporting needs

  • Running Parachutes

In fact, S.A.Q. are common place in most professional Sporting Clubs, ie: Football, Tennis, Rugby, Cricket & Athletics Clubs.
